In our consultation we:

• Finally, we go through details of the examination and recommend what will best enhance your vision, eye comfort and health

We are always on the lookout for eye diseases including glaucoma and macular degeneration.  If required we will conduct extra tests such as Optical Coherence Tomography, Ultra-wide retinal field photography or visual field testing. If necessary, we will refer you to an ophthalmologist for treatment, we are happy to co-manage your condition with the eye specialist.  Best outcomes are always achieved when eye disease is detected early.

It is important to have your eyes checked regularly.  Everyone’s eyes are different, the optometrist will advise how regularly you should be seen. We are happy to examine children from 6 months onward.
